IT & EUC Consulting

Citrix, FSLogix, and EUC infrastructure.

What Citrix services does EUC Nerds provide?

Full-depth Citrix consulting covering Virtual Apps and Desktops design, deployment, and troubleshooting; Citrix Cloud migrations; master image engineering; FSLogix profile management; Workspace Environment Management (WEM) configuration; Group Policy optimization for EUC workloads; and performance tuning and health checks for existing environments of all sizes.

Can EUC Nerds help with a Citrix Cloud migration?

Yes. We handle full Citrix Cloud migrations including connector deployment, policy migration, image preparation, FSLogix and profile reconfiguration, and production cutover planning. We have completed migrations from on-premises Citrix environments and from Azure Virtual Desktop to Citrix Cloud.

What size organizations does EUC Nerds work with for IT consulting?

All sizes. If your organization runs a complex Citrix, NetScaler, or EUC environment, scale is not a barrier. We support small businesses, mid-market organizations, and large enterprise environments. For website and graphic design, we focus on small and mid-sized businesses.

What is FSLogix and does EUC Nerds support it?

FSLogix is a profile management solution used in Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Remote Desktop Services environments. It stores user profiles in VHD containers on a file share, reducing logon times and improving profile reliability. We provide full FSLogix support including deployment, container configuration, Office container setup, Cloud Cache, profile cleanup, and troubleshooting of existing installations.

Do you offer Azure or endpoint consulting?

Yes on both. On the Azure side we focus on infrastructure right-sizing and cost reduction for organizations running Azure workloads alongside Citrix or EUC environments. For endpoints, we have deep experience with IGEL OS and the IGEL Universal Management Suite, and we have worked with HP ThinPro, Dell Wyse, and Windows-based thin client platforms.

NetScaler

Application delivery and security.

What NetScaler services does EUC Nerds offer?

Comprehensive NetScaler consulting covering load balancing (Layer 4 through Layer 7), NetScaler Gateway for Citrix remote access and VPN, Web Application Firewall, Global Server Load Balancing, SSL/TLS offload, nFactor authentication design, high availability and clustering, upgrades and platform migrations, health checks, security hardening, performance troubleshooting, and greenfield deployments from scratch.

Which NetScaler form factors does EUC Nerds support?

All of them. MPX purpose-built hardware appliances, VPX virtual instances running on hypervisors or in cloud environments, BLX bare metal Linux-based deployments, and SDX multi-tenant shared hardware platforms that run multiple isolated VPX instances on a single appliance.

Can EUC Nerds troubleshoot an existing NetScaler environment?

Yes. Troubleshooting existing environments is a core part of what we do. Slow applications, intermittent session failures, unexplained latency, certificate issues, and HA failover problems are all common. We identify the actual root cause, document the fix, and make changes with a rollback plan in place.

Can EUC Nerds upgrade an outdated NetScaler?

Yes. We handle NetScaler firmware upgrades and platform migrations, including moves from MPX hardware to VPX virtual instances and migrations from end-of-life appliances that cannot afford downtime. Every upgrade includes a documented change procedure and a tested rollback path before we touch production.

Website Design

Custom sites built to perform.

What kind of websites does EUC Nerds build?

Custom static websites for small and mid-sized businesses. Business websites, landing pages, and full redesigns. Sites are built with clean custom code, no page builders, no WordPress, no bloated themes. They load fast on mobile, are structured for search visibility, and are designed to accurately represent the business.

How long does it take to build a website?

A typical small business website takes about one week from kickoff to launch, assuming content and brand assets are provided at the start. More complex sites with multiple service pages or custom design work may take two to three weeks. Every project includes a written scope with a timeline before work begins.

Who owns the website when the project is done?

You do. When a website project is complete, the source code, all design files, and all assets are delivered to the client. There is no ongoing platform fee, no license, and no lock-in. You can host it wherever you choose and edit it or hire anyone you like to work on it after delivery.

What platform are EUC Nerds websites built on?

Vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. No WordPress, no Webflow, no page builders. Sites are deployed through GitHub and hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which provides global CDN delivery, free SSL, and fast load times at no hosting cost. This approach produces clean, fast, maintainable sites with no recurring platform fees.

Graphic & Brand Design

Logos, brand, and print.

What graphic design services does EUC Nerds offer?

Logo design, brand identity systems, business cards, flyers, social media graphics, merchandise artwork, and print marketing materials. Projects are scoped and priced clearly before work starts. All source files are delivered to the client on completion.

How long does a logo or brand identity project take?

A logo design project typically takes two to three weeks from start to final delivery, including concept development, revisions, and file preparation. A full brand identity kit including logo, color system, typography, and supporting assets typically takes three to four weeks.

Working With Us

How it works.

How does pricing work at EUC Nerds?

Every engagement starts with a written scope that includes a clear description of deliverables, timeline, and total cost. There are no hourly billing surprises and no open-ended retainers. IT consulting engagements are scoped per project or per engagement. Website and design projects are flat-rate scopes. You know what you are paying before anything starts.

Does EUC Nerds work with clients outside of Florida?

Yes. We work with clients nationally. IT consulting engagements are conducted remotely. Website and graphic design projects are fully remote by nature. Location is not a barrier for any service we offer.
